Strawberry Bon Bon: local strawberries, pureed and lightly sweetened, I've done the least processing possible to ensure the brightest strawberry flavor, all in a white/dark chocolate shell
Blueberry Cordial: sweet, delicate blueberries are soaked in creme de cassis and surrounded by blueberry syrup infused with a hint of mint, all in a milk chocolate shell
Key Lime Cream: It's just not summer without this classic; bright lime zest and juice blended with creamy fondant and butter, in a dark chocolate shell
Peach - Passion Truffle: white chocolate, farm stand peaches and a tiny zing of passionfruit combine for the perfect answer to a hot summer day, in a white chocolate shell

Chocolate Covered Bacon: 8 pieces of super crispy, super bacony bacon, covered in your choice of milk or dark chocolate and very lightly sprinkled with sea salt
Bacon Caramels: 4 of our signature caramels, topped with a crisp piece of bacon and covered in your choice of milk or dark chocolate and a sprinkle of sea salt
